  Most people need to be made aware of the fact that having a schedule can transform their whole life in a meaningful manner. We all have been scolded for having an early morning routine by our elders and yet here we are, not even understanding its importance. We are trapped in thinking about so much but never get ourselves to do anything. I know you all have read about it so many times, but have you understood the reasons why having a schedule has now become a need of the hour? Have a look at my reasons for having a schedule: Mental peace : We keep nagging about the stress we are having in our lives but we never work on it. The fast pace of our lives has made us so habitual of taking stress. When we have a scheduled routine it enables us to save time for relaxing and resting adequately. Hello everyone, This is my first post here, I am hoping that I can give you some insights about something that you are ignoring in your routine. Some of us have a routine and some of us don’t. Regardless of this, we tend to make some common mistakes or ignorance that cause us the waste of our most valuable asset, TIME. Pointless scrolling over Social media platforms I know it is a need of today’s world to stay connected and updated, but at what cost? We are unknowingly wasting our time watching things which others are doing in their free time. Moreover, this benefits them in earning money and leads them to live meaningless lives. The Fear of missing out (FOMO) is eating our time tremendously. 2.
